The materials each week focus on one of the seven chakras. Class focuses on the key energetic features of that specific chakra. You'll receive a recording of the class, a short recorded meditation for daily immersion in that particular energy vibration, daily journaling exercises designed to focus on and set your intention as well as reflect on your progress with this work. Fifteen minutes of mentoring for each chakra is included.
