So, you have an understanding about what past life regression is and you may be wondering, "what's a past life regression like?".

Most regressions follow a series of steps and here's how I do it.

Call or email me to set up an appointment.  During our initial phone visit, I'll ask you some questions about how you found me, what you know about regression therapy and what's going on in your life that causes you to feel drawn to regression therapy. We'll schedule our time together. I offer evening and weekend appointments.

Getting to know you. When we meet for your appointment, we'll begin with having you complete some paperwork with questions about why you are interested in past life regression, who referred you, your physical and mental health, what you've read about past life regression, if you've had a regression session before and what you thought about the experience and the fee for the session. We probably talked about most of this in our phone conversation, but talking about it at the start of your session allows you to get know me better and feel comfortable.

How We Get There. I'll talk a bit about the process of the regression, including the hypnotic induction and the guided meditation to your past, and the very real possibility that you may remember more details of the past life going forward.

Recording. I'll record the session as you tell me what you see and feel in your experience as it happens. I'll also be taking notes, which I keep for referral in your future sessions. You'll take the recording with you, because you'll want to listen to it again.

Goals. It's best to establish some direction before we begin and the purpose of your session can be almost anything. Starting with an intention helps give you a sense of purpose and reason for being where you travel to. There are many reasons why people want to explore past lives:

• Curiosity
• More information about past lives you may already remember
• Determine the cause of an unreasonable fear in your current life
• Find the root of a physical problem or illness
• Improve your present life
• Explore talents and skills
• Find lovers and soulmates
• For spiritual growth
• See other lifetimes where you knew people you know your current life

The Process. You've determined your purpose for the regression and we'll begin your gentle, guided meditation into your past life.

Review. After the regression, you return to the present time and space. We'll talk about your experience and I'll answer any questions you have, and plan a follow-up conversation by phone. You may have decided that you want to schedule future sessions and we can schedule time at this point.

Returning to Earth. The regression will be very relaxing and you may find yourself slightly disoriented. Before you leave, I'll make sure you're grounded in the present time and space.


Sessions last about 2 hours. As you attend more sessions, your induction into the trance state becomes shorter. You can decide whether you would like a shorter session, or you'd like to explore more deeply or jump into another lifetime.
