All illness, disease, or imbalance is characterized by blockage in the energy channels. When there is a blockage in a channel, the related system or organ can no longer vibrates at a healthy frequency, causing discomfort or sickness.

Although healing is often considered "New Age-y", it is in no way new, nor is it secret, mysterious or practiced only by a chosen few. Scientists have acknowledged and studied the human energy field for hundreds of years. Modern medicine is currently researching the healing power of prayer, meditation and other energy healing techniques as treatments for premature infants as well as AIDS and cancer patients. Energy Healing may have health benefits for you, and it can be safely integrated with your present health care. You may experience a release of old "emotional baggage" and discover a renewed sense of well being and inner peace.

Reiki, Hands of Light, Healing Touch, Touch for Health, Quantum Touch and chakra balancing are some energy healing practices of which you may have heard. In the Bible, "laying on of hands" refers to spiritual energy healing. Energy workers utilize an understanding of and interact with the human energy field, the unifying life force that we all have in common. A belief in this life force may coincide with one's belief in God. However, energy workers practice in a non-religious and non-denominational manner. You, as a client, will never be asked to reveal or change your own spiritual beliefs, nor do you need to in order to receive the benefits of this work. Your energy session will be designed to serve all that is unique about you and is respectful of your personal truth.
learning from illness
We do not “suffer” from a disease or illness. We are learning from it and when we are ill, our bodies are telling us that our current beliefs and thinking patterns are not in harmony with the life lessons we contracted for. A spiritual energy healer is an interpreter, a mediator between you, your body and the lessons you are learning.

Health issues are messages from your body encouraging you to honor yourself. Illness is created when you hold on too tightly to old belief patterns, whether they involve people or events. It's a lesson in letting go and learning to forgive. Understanding what is represented by an affected part of the body and how that fits into your life will facilitate healing on all levels. Changing your thoughts changes your situations and shifts the vibrations around you helping you understand your life lessons through shifting limiting belief patterns.

distance Healing

A distance healing session is about one hour long, while you lie comfortably on your bed. I'll have my healing table set up just as if you were with me in my healing room. Your energy bodies are easily visible to me, and the guides show me the work that needs to be done. Depending on your sensitivity to energy work, you may experience physical sensations during the healing.

Protocol:

You will call me at the appointment time that we agree upon in advance. A headset, or cordless land line speaker phone works best. The session starts off with a conversation of about 10-15 minutes to get information about the intention for the session, it is followed by 30-45 minutes of healing energy work, and the session concludes with 15-20 minutes of recap, and possible homework assignments. You will need privacy and quiet to do the work. It's OK to take notes during the beginning and end of the session. These sessions are an experience more than an intellectual discussion. You will be guided to make healing decisions for yourself.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY

Are you getting the most out of your incarnation? We unconsciously carry forward experiences, attitudes, and relationship dynamics from prior lives into our current lifetimes. This can often be beneficial, as in cases where we easily master a new skill as though we already knew it. Other times, traumatic experiences are left unresolved, relationships are left unhealed, or attitudes and decisions may be carried forward from a past lifetime that can affect our current life. We can use regression therapy to resolve experiences from the past that block our progress and happiness now while carrying forward strengths and positive experiences.

In past life therapy, clients are regressed through guided imagery and deep relaxation to access unconscious memories from the time and place an activating event occurred. By forgiving yourself and those involved in that past life, we can release the energy and emotional blockages that can cause illness in our current life.

Re-experiencing the key events of a past life and reprocessing the impact helps to bring closure to the events of that lifetime, enabling us to move forward more freely in the present. Even if one believes these "memories" are not true past life experiences, they function as symbolic stories and are just as effective in resolving current issues.
