After 12 years in the advertising business in Los Angeles, convincing people to buy things they did not need, I closed my marketing and advertising business to begin a search for coherence in my life. 

At the time, I had no idea where that path would lead me, but I felt guided to return to NC where I located my mentors and began my studies in earnest, digging deep into the shadows of my Self, uncovering the Divine and the dark, learning to be compassionate with myself and others, releasing that which no longer served me and healing those parts of me that I had disowned. This deep introspection and growth benefited me in ways that I had never imagined and I see how Life is an infinitely unfolding lesson. The more we learn, the more we are able to accept on all dimensional levels.

I found my path helping people prepare for the earth transitions ahead that will require us to maintain our bodies, minds, spirits and planet in perfect energetic health as Heaven comes to Earth. 

I'm currently completing the book, Reliance On the Light; Ground Rules For Self-Expansion. Along with my spiritual energy healing and planetary grid clearing work, I am also director at The School of Esoteric Healing in Winston Salem, NC.
